Mate this is one of the issues when you do RTO's, you need to live with the legacy of the shell, in this case it made sense to keep the tenancy as it may be very valuable in few years. I have to admit that I found it a bit awkward and I had the same thoughts came to my mind, but after being in mining for a long time I understood the issue and it makes a lot of sense what they have done. We, all holders, will benefit once is sold.
