Wild Acre holds an 80% interest in Terrace Gold Pty Ltd (“Terrace”). Terrace holds a 0.5% Net Smelter Royalty over the El Molino Gold Project in Northern Peru which includes the 1.28 million oz Au/Ag Hilorico deposit and approximately 10% of the El Galeno Copper deposit having a resource of 486 million tonnes at 0.57% Cu, 0.14 g/t Au and 150 ppm Mo currently owned under joint venture by China Minmetals and Jiangxi Copper.
