I just read the below article..... I have a few questions.
Do FAR, Cairn or Woodside qualify as "Oil Majors"? Will they be forced to sell SNE before development production sharing contracts are signed in late 2018 / early 2019?
I hate reading Senegalese news like this because it is so vague we get no idea what it means in practical terms on the ground or if it impacts new PSC contract at SNE for development/production.
