Reasonable to assume it will be business as usual for anyone already involved in Senegal otherwise sovereign risk would be amplified ten fold.
I also doubt WPL would be considered an oil major when Total, BP and CNOOC are sniffing around.
Dont forget it was only the other day that the minister was at the FAR function.
