My obly concern is the comment that 'any further PSC's will only be signed with the majors'
Taken literally that means FAR would not be able to sign the PSC when it comes up for renewal in Nov 2018.
Mitigating factor is the Operator of the JV
may be an 'Oil Major', Senegal may only be worried about the Operator. The AMI may also assist.
