I think that you mistakenly added a few zero's... considering the VWAP since PRR started to run, for you to lose (mark to market) $250k you would have had to bought 24-25m shares or $1.6m of stock.
If you have $1.6m to invest in PRR I suggest that you call young Marty directly as I'm confident that he'll fill you with a primary share issue in the mid 3c range!
