La jolla was a shocker but at the time 2009/10 a co like QHL had no chance of borrowing from any bank and at least they stayed solvent when a lot of small outfits hit the wall. If they do a cap raise without securing a contract of significance then I'm out,that would destroy all their credibility. The time 4 bs is over, the new management had better get some runs on the board quick smart.
