just wondering if anyone invested in this would know about the 2008 stock market crash. thing is had about 12000$ invested in coh until it all disappeared with the crash. At that time coh were worth about 8$ per share. Was told by my bank westpac that lost all in this crash -would that be right? or is there any chance of my retrieving these lost shares after all these years. Because i thought if cochlear really had crashed then why are they still operating @ a SP of $175 bucks?
Would a person have any legal right of regaining their former unsold shares? or is it a lost cause.
