ACB, totally agree. However, don't fully understand this statement further up the page in the same 1 June announcement:
"Revised timeframe for completion of upgrade due to variation of plant design to increase plant efficiencies and lower operating cost per tonne, and EPA
processing timelines for salt evaporation circuit"
