Gassin was suspended for Exposing (defaming) a Director of PYL for a blatant Pump up of Sp to 92c ..to secure Free shares for the directors post listing at 20c.
That director Fled to Israel resigned from the PYL board ..and has the Australian Police waiting to question him for Threats on Facebook to HC posters that Warned everyone .

funny Gassin was right..the Director Fled and Reigned that same weak . ..so why was he suspended ?
