I find it useful to be aware of my own and others sentiment, bearing in mind what they and I are reading/hearing. Then I leave the emotion completely out of it as far as is possible for me.
What worries me is that Market says bnb SP drop, I don't know exactly why, I listen to others, I make decision, I change my mind tomorrow (maybe).
