My god last one out turn out the lights, this is all quite bizar if you really think about this. This is not very highly geared in reality so even if we reduced the Valuations it might show a current NON cash loss but that is it. Income is still coming in and this as a ratio should determine the capital values. Even the Chapter 11 customers have to pay on time as they would in OZ as well.
Really this is a scam to let Maquarie recycle the assets and rip out more fees.
