I'm staggered by its current low price. I have a prediction which I do not believe unrealistic of $2.50+ for this stock. The market has also completely dismissed the prices ARQ has received for oil this quarter.
To me the market is also in a state of denial when it comes to many oil producers, pricing them on the media and broker spun wish that cheap oil is shortly coming back.
Though maybe that could be about to change. The oil shares index rose 2% in the US last week.
