for anyone that's genuinely interested in some positive TA chat, done an EOD chart for the start of a new week

most of the market last week can be summarised as going up on reducing volume with a narrow spread closing middle, and that includes LYC,

which happened to have the lowest volume for 4weeks and overall finished with a gain of 5%

the way the charts are setting up on the majors especially the overseas indexes will imo define our future direction

it's going to be quite interesting in the upcoming few weeks, what, up down sideways

this morning our market is expected to open +46points

as we can see on the daily chart currently were still trapped at the top of a possible TR and almost touching our downward supply line

will today show us a SOS busting thru both the top of the TR and the supply line

or will our markets be poised for a fake morning breakout

A two-week recovery in the Australian share market lost momentum Friday as worries about the European debt crisis resurfaced after Standard & Poor's downgraded Spain, and traders turned cautious before U.S. economic data due later in the global trading day.

U.S. stocks jumped Friday, sending major stock indexes to their highest close since early August and pushing both the Dow and the Nasdaq Composite back into positive territory for the year.

European markets ended higher Friday, led by gains for miners, technology stocks and car makers, while some banks were lower following a series of downgrades and warnings from brokers and credit-rating agencies.
