which appendix 3b are you reffering to? and what makes you think they have sold them?
from all reports i see RASL LLC still holds all 50 million shares, including the 1.5mil just released from escrow last month, and i can't even see where they have the intention of selling them?
i do note they hold 12 convertible notes for 2.5mil shares each at $250k each. thus if anything i would expect them to increase their holding in the company in the future rather than decrease it. especially this early in the game.
