Lot 861, 13 Coracina Vista, Wellard 6170

Dedicated thread for first build in this street (Coracina Vista). Important points carried over from the General Discussion thread:

Spook found HX2 (?) on 3 Aug 2021 and posted a photo of it on site, and another of the sale info. The latter says the lot is 374 sq m and the sale price was $555,000, which we assume is for all 5 lots. All 5 FBR lots are in the same street.

Timboc posted a photo taken at 3:55pm and the 3rd course was almost complete. He said the building would continue till 6:30pm. Spook, we need the time you took your photo, when first course was just started, so we can estimate laying rate.

The blocks are not WB blocks. LTD2021 noted that quarter blocks are being laid, so might be zero waste. Timboc said there will be 11 courses plus one recessed, so 12.
