what reasoning makes you think that? It seems day-by-day the bullish approach to nuclear is becoming more cemented now that it is being seriously considered and planned as a baseload energy source almost worldwide. Now China is loading up there is going to be a strong desire to start building up country reserves for when things get going (and getting in early means a smaller spot price).
