It is a massive risk by the shorter. Looking at what Grant Davey just did with his other company FHE he recently raised $215m via debt finance not a capital raise. Listening to him on the webinar the plant looks in good shape and we should know to what extent within weeks.
With such a tightly held register it will be very hard to buy back over 90m shares on market.
I have been accumulating LOT shares for the past 3 days and will continue to do so.
