From a weekly perspective, a move from 22 to 25 this week. Volume, moderate, no clear signal yet on volume.

So what is happening? Playing the macro. But not in a weak position. I have played LOT for over 3 years, multiple times. Its a hot and cold stock. Sometimes it can go up, above average U stocks, and sometimes down below average. The swings can be more than other U stocks. Considering we moved from 22 of last week to 25 this week, with a touch of 26.5, I feel one should be happy. U stocks are not yet a runner, and slowly LOT has moved from early 20s to make mid 20s its home. I feel its doing all right,

Personally I bought more LOT this week. I had exited end of May having written that it may top over there. Last week I wrote that I bought, my average was 22. I had written I had bought 40% of what I want to buy, and if I don't get adverse signals, I may buy more. I have not yet seen a signal which says U stocks, including CCJ will do another bottom. It can happen, and I am just a small player, but I am not seeing signals, yet. I bought more LOT this week. Among all my U stock holding LOT now is among a few of my highest holdings. I bought at higher prices this week, my average now 22.5. I have a good feeling about LOT, but only if U sector behaves. I wanted to buy more, but restrained myself - though will see next week how CCJ/U macro behaves. Lets see.

So what may happen next week? U stocks could go into another shell shortly, but my reading at this stage is saying not. As long as CCJ maintains 39/40 level, we are fine. For a big jump, we may have to wait for CCJ to decisively cross 40, maybe reach 45. But I wouldn't be surprised if LOT at least does 28 next week, just on the way its trading. But sector has to behave. Lets hope it does. Enjoy you weekend and all the best.
