A very good day for U sector today.
Many U stocks are now over 20% from their recent bottom. LOT too over 30% from its recent bottom of 20.
CCJ travelling well and now over 12% from its recent bottom.
Tonight may be a test - how strong is the momentum. CCJ has had 3 greens in a row this week. Usually there is some consolidation after 3 greens, also after stocks gaining 20 to 30%. Futures looking good till now. Spot price though has not yet joined the party.
CCJ at critical level of 39/40. It had lost that but is coming back. It needs to hold here to keep the momentum on the up. We still don't have confirmation of making new highs, I feel only if CCJ crosses 45 level the odds will increase considerably for new highs. Tonight chance of consolidation, but lets hope CCJ does another one tonight and then takes some rest, so that we continue tomorrow. All the best.
