These disruptions that have started happening on contract supply bound for the US
may get these early starters moving sooner rather than later !
There is a Canadian Class 7 Vessel in St. Petersburg, which is scheduled to load Russian EUP intended for delivery to 3 companies in the USA. The owner of the vessel (ARRC Line) has concluded it cannot load and deliver the material as it would be in violation of Canadian law
