The raise for capex on reopening will be very well received.
What might be surprising is if a major Utility as part of an offtake agreement finances the capex spend .
Brendan Monroe in a recent interview indicated that utilities were actively looking to finance restarts and shovel ready projects such was the supply dilemma going forward.
such a deal for LOT would ignite the stock .
