Considerable market resistance towards LOT being a capable (and hence low risk) uranium operator - unlike DYL with Borshoff at the helm. I am not passing judgement here, but simply observing market reaction following the big jump in U2O3 spot price.
LOT has a proven production facility at Kyalekera and I like the future with Letlhakane. Nevertheless, Kyalekera was considered the weaker facility even during PDN's heyday and despite the optimisation study, I think this still rubs off. Letlhakane, is of course, a long term prospect.
Looking beyond the present uranium enthusiasm, there are some REE prospects still that were picked up with the ACB takeover (good move with ACB IMO).
FID is greatly enhanced with current U2O3 pricing and forward supply-demand estimates. Financing is still a tricky issue in today's market and the sooner that LOT can secure this, the better .
I am prepared to buy some more LOT on any fall-back in SP.
