spot on re shorting…I actually suspect our market is a bit of a plaything for worldwide instos and their trading books…they have enough funds to move our market and even large cap stocks, but don’t think they would be bothered with Jamison …..local brokers perhaps who could short for two days at a time without fessing up.
interesting to see the Lion ,United Malt takeovers, let alone ORG…all were big shorting targets before the offers
