* To justify the restart they only need offtake agreements to cover the cost of the mine.
* The restart can be speeded up a little bit by ordering long lead time items sooner than planned.

Btw, they can't talk about desired price until the DFS - i.e. they can't talk to the sell price until they know their cost.
