re: banana republic: get out now Agreed. This is very much a leading (or lagging) technical indicator of a bleak economic outlook. The worst inflationary quarter in 11 years says it all. Don't be blind to this statistic or you will do so at your peril…Better returns in CASH (for the moment) or short positions, if you feel the need to trade.
