Since my last post another party has entered the fray to purchase the main business of EPY this other party is Euronet who already have a 40% stake in the Malaysian business.
So where are we?
Well Simon Loh having kicked the ball into play is now in danger of seeing Euronet run off with it. The board of EPY have applied some new terms and conditions to Tobikiris offer to the effect that they must pay a deposit. All in all this does not seem to be the walk over that Mr Loh was expecting.
