As Suez said, the current increase in activity should be generating immediate sales. If an underground mine needs to ramp up activity, they will likely need to overhaul old cables, or buy new ones. One new cable is two new plugs. If plugs don't meet spec on overhaul, say they've been damaged in service, transport or storage, they need to be replaced.
