I'm invested here but in hindsight wish I had not. While I get the tech and hope they can make it work the market for this tech to work in is severely limited. My issue is that Australasia and the USA are probably the only places in the world where land values and population density are low enough to build single storey residential properties. If they get the tech going I can see them being a local success in Australia, and maybe USA/Mexico.And they need to get the revenue flowing by building and delivering cashflow.
My greatest concern Is the applicability of the tech in the rest of the world, where it is seriously limited by the realities of what developers are building elsewhere, which is multi storey/ multi resident buildings to maximise the profit from the land they have available.
