I don't recall anyone on other boards intimating they had insider information that it would be filed in December. I believe that's what everyone hoped for, so maybe it was one of those "wishful thinking" posts -- "EMA will be filed Friday! Get your champagne ready!" You know the type...
Although, knowing the price in mid-December and the price now, if some random internet poster had snookered me into buying more shares back then, I would be quite grateful at this point.
