I suggest that there is manipulation stopping it from rising.
In case you haven't noticed (but of course you have) the trend is in the upwards direction albeit slowly since lows in December.
Please check the chart.
My concern relates to why I think the shareprice is being pressured not to rise more quickly. It is rising though.
