i don't get excited after these court wins anymore, we have like 3-4 wins a year now.... Another win coming next week...
I think we all have to be careful and not to get carried with projections. LYC's worth corresponds to the status.
Valuations kick in with Ramped up production. Thats it.
Waste Solutions, court case wins, more sales agreements, stage 2 complete all helps... But market wants to see lyc producing 11,000. We are about 3 months away....
2013 is icing on cake year. Full production. everything complete and on line... Election and court cases over. More sales agreements and solution to waste....
