The good thing about DGR is they pay little for their projects. Rarely you hear anything about them and if you look closely enough you can see they are receiving seed capital from directors and mates. When it comes time to list the entity they already own a large chunk of a company that should be owned by shareholders. Shareholders don't get a choice about the dilution.
