    DHR up to 3c and put into halt pending 'an anticipated speeding ticket'.

    Don't think I've seen a pre-emptive ticket before, particularly if there's 'nothing to see here'.

    Hopefully some good news in time for Thursday.

    I wonder if all of this volume over the last few days was some proxy DHR money coming in?
