lots of talk in the sector..

according to todays fin review, a lot of emerging oil companies are talking about consolidation. the stronger companies are looking around for scale and exploration upside. i think this has a lot to do with the fact that the markets dont know how to value these stocks or simply dont care because of the current market conditions. The valuations are very compelling. the longer these companies trade at crazy cheap discounts, the more its likely imo. i dont want anyone near oilex for the next 6-12 months as the drill bit keeps finding oil and gas. better that we get the next 15 wells into these oil and gas fields and keep a low profile in this case to keep building value. you dont often see companies trade at a 60% discount to a discounted valuation like oilex is at the moment. dyor and keep your eyes out for some news this week on the latest Indian gas find.
