At the moment I am holding as a reasonably boring yield option.
Other AREITs have better yields but many seem to achieve this with development activities which adds risk and complexity.
I presume the trust which holds Bunnings properties (BWP) would be similar to this and some do push that one as a good long term investment but I haven't done the research - the lease arrangements and incidence of other tenants would obviously vary.
Has anyone explained the impact of the WOW arrangements in summary form or do I have to wade through the original PDS to assess the impact of these leases?
