I was speaking to a friend of mine in Malaysia on Monday. He manages a small fund with over USD$250m.
He is already involved with one company dealing with lotteries in China and he told me he believed the decision to move forward with the new format for lotteries was imminent.
I sent him the link to SMA and he was very interested in the company.
Not to sure if it was him guying up a few shares this week.
When he gets involved in companies he buys in a big way from past experience.
