SmartTRANS is diversifying which is something, this acquisition looks like focusing on Australia operations.
They only just received $600,000 in a private placement paid at a premium rate by China investor. Investors injecting this kind of cash probably know nothing about iCURO, thinking the $600,000 may relate to a different strategy all together, one of many reasons I am here.
In their annual report SmartTRANS wrote they have positioned itself to service the lottery sector in China.
Again congrats to all shareholders.
