Hahahaha Lucky you obviously smash the Bijiu hard. This commentary has got nothing to do with who I am. I repeat I have absolutely no association with these people other than I met them when I lived in Beijing. I haven’t been to China for 6 years.
And yes I do get it wrong often. I’m not gifted like many of the posters here. I actually make mistakes and man up and own them. Occasionally I get it correct too which keeps me in the game. But hey who cares? Discussion forum folks not a wealth ego flex.
Anyway apart from the fact that I am secretly a Russian spy and would like to acquire SMA shares cheaply because I can’t wait to rack up multi million $ losses does anyone actually think the vendors of this latest acquisition have done well or alternatively what are the positives of agreeing to an all script offer?
If you where selling your profitable dividend paying enterprise why would you accept 2.7 billion shares in an organisation that let’s just say is not yet bluechip?
I can’t help wondering that the negative sentiment directed to posters questioning the goings on in this organisation is because you don’t have the answers. If you do put them out there. Some of us are genuinely interested.
