Just thinking through my own conspiracy theory purely for discussion purposes only.
The vendors of the acquisition get the 2.7 billion shares. Viola, major shareholders now. They wind up or dispose of all the unprofitable Chinese stuff and press on with the two logistics businesses in Australia. All of a sudden you are a listed entity supposedly making some coin and away you go. Share consolidation followed by reasonable trading accounts then sell out over time to recoup some coin.
There is no way the small Brisbane enterprise could list so here is the opportunity via the back door/front door. Some door.
