    Something similar happening with CRC. SPP at .12 offers recieved by holders on very day of closing. Some holders requested offer to be emailed immediately and jumped on board (not me by the way). Bottom now falling out of gold mining stocks including CRC which is now at .10 ....ouch

    I'd be really peeved if I took up the offer.
