I would start by building a spreadsheet and comparing fundamentals such as debt, assets, resources & reserves and time to production. Also examine management and their history's. It should only take an hour or two of pulling data from the ASX or announcements.
Alternatively, check out stokdog on twitter as they have already had a crack at this in the last month or so
Ultimately when the U bull runs it will take all companies with it
