Analyser, competition will be healthy, remember that.
I am in the industry, and while your comments do have some merit, ENG is and will, for some time, remain the leader in the market. I think that is pretty obvious.

As comp enters, VOIP market will be raised in profile, and when they expand o/seas, even better.

Sure, subscriber numbers may not be as large, but look at the numbers they have achieved so far, it is brilliant, what kind of company can achieve that growth, they should be respected for it, but they are just building their business with it, and when it slows, they will be large and operating at greater value than now.

By the time serious competition starts to affect them, they will be way ahead, and making good profits, and sp will be delivering more value back to us.
