    Indexing is important but doubt the key reason. Global growth and unique sector focus including great profitability and balance sheet metrics would have motivated the fundies to outlay the cash. As I’ve said, CCX should be seeking to become a billion dollar company in the near term.

    another buffet rule is to never sell a great company
