Was this deal shopped around to find the best offer?
Why was there no announcement prior to the EB being published last week, that one of Humm's directors - who's the biggest shareholder - opposes the deal because he says we're being ripped-off?
Why would anyone accept Latitude stock ? This is the outfit that took 3 goes to list on the ASX and since listing, its share price has bombed.
You'd be better off investing in Russian tanks!!
