I think the allocation was fairly done. Companies can never be sure about how well subscribed a SPP will be so it's difficult to structure a scaleback plan prior to subscriptions coming in. If the market had crashed and the share price went back under $10 then people would be saying how crazy to have a SPP at $10.70 If I hold 1 share then why should I be entitled to the same number of shares as someone who has a million dollars invested with QBE? But I do think QBE should get excess funds back much faster. 2-3 days is plenty long enough.
