Anyone know why short interest on CLW has gone up?
50% of rents are linked to CPI so I'm not too concerned with interest expense impact on earnings down the track but trying to see if there's something I've missed.
Keen to understand why that might be happening?
Also, current prices we're looking at 6.3% forward-looking yield and growing cashflows thanks to CPI coming in hot.
Got to love CLW.
