We all agree it’s the rate rise that’s causing the fear in the market and more particularly reits
and rate rise is caused by inflation which then led rba to act so dramatically
now let’s ask some questions
1) will lettuce be $2 again is rate rises another 4%
2) will fuel price drop to $1.50
3) will rent be more affordable
4) how many people will struggle, yes, housing market will
cool but clw is already trading at 20% plus discount…. It surely
must be reflecting some more rate rises
