Just to clarify, wasn't the broker talk that WPL would sell down 23% of Torosa (ie bring its overall share down to 21%)? Yes the range of broad range of numbers suggests that the reports shouldn't be taken as gospel but using these numbers suggest a much lower $2-3 $/boe figure. On UBS figures (assuming its 23% of the asset not WPL holding) the figure is 721mmboe for 1500m (or $2/boe) while the Citi figure works out to be 502mmboe for 1600m or $3.18/boe. This does seem too low to me but my understanding - I'm happy to be proven wrong - was that the brokers were talking about selling down project equity not WPLs share.
