do you think that the desire to buy up in the next two weeks ( in the overall market, not just cvi) will be stronger due to the big dips we had vs the desire to just sell for a tax savings?

I think it will - as there are some good bargains starting to appear. If only we all had a bit more money, huh? I thnk we could all come up with one or two that we would love to buy in on right now with them being down.
